		<description>I enjoy your blog, but please keep in mind that not everyone has internet access.  Simply posting a document online is not the same as giving hard copies out to people who need  or want to read it.  In fact, I think that online posting can be used as a way to avoid real scrutiny.   Anyway, I enjoy your blog.</description>

There was some talk at the meeting about having a special session to consider the plan, I'm assuming that would be advertised appropriately if it happens.  -Chris</description>
