		<description>Heh.  Isn't the bar usually held pretty low for politicians?  I think that is why so many lawyers wind up in politics.  I'm kidding, it was just a joke.  

Chris, this was pointed, but funny.  While not a resident of Richmond, I, like most folks within a 50-mile radius of Richmond are affected directly by what goes on there.  It would be good to see somebody as gifted as Dennis Andrews emerge as a candidate.</description>
