This is my last online journal entry from Scotland. I've got about 12 hours before I get on the plane headed home, and I think I'm all set. The abundance of time given to students for exam studying made my packing process a gradual and painless one, so I've spent most of today relaxing, tying up loose ends, and getting one last glimpse of the Aberdeen skyline and the North Sea. I spent Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday with my family living in Inverness - my great grandfather's brother's granddaughter, granddson, and his wife (trying saying that 10 times fast). Despite never having met them before, we had a wonderful time together. I spent most of the time with Bill & Mary Hardie, my somethingth cousin somethingth removed and his wife, and they showed me around Inverness, took me out to the Isle of Skye, and generally made me feel like I was on vacation. Family is great like that...more about that trip later. I expect that I'll do some more on-line reflecting from home once I've hopped across the pond and had some time to think about it all. Until then, I'm signing off and heading to bed. 'Night. -Chris
